The new concept was discussed with the Requirement Engineers and the next sprint is planned with the team.  The new feature is now ready and the final rows of code have been implemented. Now it's time to run the tests quickly. DONE, everything is OK! The only thing left to do is commit and then off you go on a ski tour, tobogganing or any other great leisure activity.

This is how a typical day at work in the Department of Software Development at Felder Group, located in the heart of Tyrol, could look like.

We develop industrial and custom solutions for the woodworking industry. From CAD/CADM solutions to 3D simulations and IoT applications, we research, conceive and implement.

 

Your role in the team

  • Collaboration in conception, development and test phases of projects
  • Implementation of application solutions front-/backend
  • Close cooperation with Requirements Engineers and Testers
  • Development in Sprints (sprint planning, reviews, retrospective)
  • Compliance with coding/quality standards
  • Independent familiarisation with various tasks and developing solutions

  • Excellent programming skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken technical English

  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Fresh ideas and fun with challenging projects
     

Skills

  • C# .NET knowledge
  • Experience in object-oriented programming
  • Multi-threading experience
  • Preferably software architecture experience
  • Preferably familiar with UI/UX programming
  • Experience in unit testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines preferred
     

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science/Software Development/Computer Science (FH/Uni)

 

Minimum monthly gross salary € 2,600 and additional bonus payments according to the collective agreement.
Higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience.
