Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for an energetic and performance-focused Regional Sales Manager to implement the company’s sales plans and grow industrial equipment and machinery sales within the region, while managing leads, engaging customers, analyzing markets, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new potential markets and develop tactical initiatives.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and evaluate customer trends.
- Use the company’s CRM tool for accurate reporting and information management.
- Ensure ethical standards and integrity in all communications.
- Improve the usability and technical presentation of marketing communications.
- Travel within the city for business development and customer meetings.
- Continuously review performance to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
