Designation      : Sales Manager

Location           : Jakarta

Qualification    : B.E/ B.Tech/ MBA

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales target and managing a team for at least 2-3 years 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You are mainly responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve the Sales and profit targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, by identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and ensure that the branch remains competitive and relevant.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Developing and training sales team and support staff and ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and equipped with the skills and resources to deliver outstanding results.
  • Increase the market share and territorial coverage
  • Maintain a good relation with other department to ensure the cohesive work atmosphere

Skills and Personality:

  • Strong Leadership. Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, business sense and industry expertise
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-driven, energic and willing to do work outside
  • Have own vehicle and Driving License
