As we continue to grow across Canada, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and career minded individual to support our Sales and Administrative team.

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operational team (e.g., scheduling, preparing documents, managing payments)
  • Assist the sales team with creating quotes, sorting leads, managing inquires and communicating with customers.  
  • Greet and help customers visiting our showroom and picking up their orders. 
  • Support the Sales and Warehouse team with online order tracking and shipments via FedEx/Canada Post.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, office support or sales support positions  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Technical understanding of machinery and/or woodworking is highly desirable
