As we continue to grow across Canada, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and career minded individual to support our Sales and Administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operational team (e.g., scheduling, preparing documents, managing payments)
- Assist the sales team with creating quotes, sorting leads, managing inquires and communicating with customers.
- Greet and help customers visiting our showroom and picking up their orders.
- Support the Sales and Warehouse team with online order tracking and shipments via FedEx/Canada Post.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in administrative roles, office support or sales support positions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Technical understanding of machinery and/or woodworking is highly desirable
