Due to our success we are looking to hire a Sales & Office Assistant for a part-time position, Mon-Fri, 9 am – 1 pm for our Mississauga office. Our Sales & Office Assistant will hold an important role in supporting the team with focus on the sales department. We prefer you have experience in an administrative / assisting role but for us the most important thing would be your personal adequacy.
- Strong computer competency and typing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Candidate must present a professional image and be flexible to assume a variety of duties
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to support team members as needed.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Answering multi location phone line in a professional manner and directing calls as required
- Provide support to our sales and service team
- Maintaining of our costumer database
- Order supplies and keep an eye on the general tidiness in our showroom
- Performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned
